Appointment Changes and Cancellation Policy

Each appointment at our clinic is reserved especially for you. Behind that time slot, there is preparation, organisation and dedicated attention focused on supporting your health process.
If for any reason you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance. This helps us organise the schedule properly and offer that appointment to someone else who may need it.

1. Appointment booking
Once you confirm an appointment, we reserve an exclusive time slot in our schedule along with the professional time required to provide you with personalised care.
2. Changes or cancellations
If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to reorganise our schedule and offer the slot to another patient.
3. Missed appointments
If an appointment is not cancelled within the required notice period or you do not attend without prior notice, the reserved time cannot be reassigned to another patient.
This is a dedicated professional time slot prepared specifically for you.
For this reason, the session will still be charged, as the time has been exclusively reserved.
4. Mutual commitment
Booking an appointment involves a mutual commitment: we dedicate that time exclusively to your care, and you agree to notify us in advance if any unforeseen circumstances arise.
This shared responsibility allows us to maintain an organised schedule and provide high-quality, personalised care to every patient.
